ReplyDeleteDefinitely! I don't even like watching scary movies now, but I loved those books.
DeleteInteresting list! I'm only familiar with Lauren Oliver, so I'll have to check out some of the others you mentioned. I am reading my first John Green book now (The Fault in Our Stars) and loving it so far.

ReplyDeleteJudy Blume and Jane Austen defined my teen years - and Judy got an honorable mention on my list! I liked R.L. Stine too, it probably started my love of horror.
ReplyDeleteI adore Sarah Dessen's writing. She wasn't on my list but if I'd had more space, she definitely would have been. Judy Blume also holds a special place for me too.
